Instead, we work with trusted lawyers and chartered accountants who are regulated, insured and authorised to advise you. Company formation, drafting of articles of association, amendments or legal advice: each request is referred to the appropriate professional.

Beware of domiciliation offers that seem too good to be true

The French National Bar Council and the Order of Chartered Accountants have issued warnings: some domiciliation providers offer legal or accounting services without being authorised to do so. The risks for their clients:

  • poorly drafted articles of association;
  • the wrong choice of tax regime;
  • lack of advice when problems arise;
  • no recourse in the event of a dispute, as these providers are neither insured nor bound by professional ethics.

Before entrusting your projects, check that

  • a lawyer is registered with a bar association;
  • a chartered accountant is registered with the Order.
